Dining at Shinta Mani Wild is unstructured and intuitive, shaped by setting, season and a quiet respect for place.
Dining at Shinta Mani Wild
At Shinta Mani Wild, meals are part of the day’s rhythm — unforced, flexible and included. Expect seasonal Khmer influences, foraged ingredients and thoughtful cooking served wherever it feels most fitting: beside the river, above the falls or deep in the forest.
The Headquarters
Set beside the flowing river, the camp’s main dining space is where days naturally gather. Lantern-lit and open to the forest, it serves thoughtful Khmer-influenced dishes shaped by season, place and a sense of quiet generosity.
Landing Zone Bar
Perched beside a cascading waterfall, the Landing Zone Bar marks both arrival and return. It’s a place for unhurried aperitifs, post‑adventure reflections and evenings that unfold to the sound of water and jungle beyond.
Picnics & Jungle Dining
Meals taken beyond the camp are shaped by setting rather than ceremony — a riverside lunch, a forest clearing at dusk. These moments are simple, spontaneous and designed to deepen the connection between food and landscape.
Chef’s Foraged Feasts
Offered on occasion and guided by what the forest provides, these dining experiences celebrate foraged ingredients and creative intuition, resulting in meals that feel fleeting, expressive and rooted in place.
